Wedding #1

Dear Addison has the honor of being a flower girl 3 times this summer. We had our first experience last weekend in New Orleans for Justins cousins Stephanie's wedding. It was fabulous and Addison did very well. She walked slowly holding the other flower girls hand, Anna Katherine, for about 4 steps and then booked it down the isle to her daddys big arms!! We were so proud of her though, such an accomplishment for one so small. It was a lovely time with family. Here are a sample of pictures from the time in New Orleans...

Last night I was editing pictures of these kids. I was laughing so hard. How do we take 600 pics total in 2 hours and not get but 1 straight faced picture????? I LOVE the fact that their personalities come through in pictures so well, these are just a sample of what happened yesterday! I LOVE these kids so much! Hope you will laugh with me~

Happy Birthday big boy!

Yesterday my baby boy became my little boy. Oh, this happened too fast! I cannot seriously believe his first year is over. How quickly time is flying by! He is a precious, shy and charming little man with a love of joy and already we can tell he likes to make people laugh. He is adventurous in every way, not scared of the water or heights or things that make noise... I wonder what God has planned for my little man...

May this year of your life be one that draws you closer to Jesus, full of learning and joy, and covered in the precious blood of Jesus every step of the way.
